4. Easy Jack
IPA – Session / India Session Ale
Brewmaster Matt Brynildson went to the mountain and returned with a vision for a different kind of Session IPA, one that would be brewed and dry hopped with a globetrotting selection of new hop varieties from Europe, New Zealand and North America. He foresaw a beer that would deliver massive hop aromas, a signature malt balance and an empty glass before you knew what hit you. And so the newest member of our Jack IPA family was born.

7. Mercury Rising
IPA – New England
Thrice greatest! Living intellect made quicksilver! We receive, express, and transmute in an instant, and our minds left vibrating sacred energy- The air is out language, and we engage with clear, perfected abstraction. To communicate this crystalline abstract of perfection, we have chosen the aromatic communion of Citra and Motueka hops, creating rapid and intense expressions of sweet lime, earthy passionfruit, grapefruit pith, and resinous stone fruit characteristics. Rapid and expansive, Hermes is the air rising up your spine, and you will understand when the impossible perfection comes to you like voiceless inspiration of the infinite abstract!

8. Blanche de Bruxelles
Witbier
The “Witteke” is a typical beer from the past. It was characteristic for farm-based breweries.
The craft brewers used the best ingredients from their own harvest. Blanche de Bruxelles owes its natural cloudiness to the presence of wheat (40%). During the boiling process, natural aromas are added – coriander and dried orange peel.
You will note its freshness and refinement upon tasting, typical for this extraordinary white beer. The brewing method, which includes the gradual addition of hot water, takes a long tim
Just like all the other beers produced by Lefebvre, this beer is not filtered. If served correctly, it produces a cloudy beer with a white head.

10. Jai Alai
IPA – American
Jai Alai, a game native to the Basque region of Spain, is played on a court called a fronton. Jai Alai players attempt to catch a ball using a curved mitt whilst the ball travels at speeds up to 188mph! Proving they have a sense of humor the Spanish dubbed this game, with its ball traveling at race car speeds, “the merry game.” Tampa was once home to a bustling Jai Alai fronton but sadly all that remains of Jai Alai in the Tampa Bay area is this India Pale Ale that we brew in tribute to the merry game. The India Pale Ale style of beer has its roots in the ales sent from England to thirsty British troops in India during the 18th century. Pair Jai Alai India Pale Ale with beef empanadas, deviled crabs, and other spicy dishes.

14. GAMMADELUXE
Sour – Farmhouse IPA
GAMMADELUXE was brewed in collaboration with our good friends at Jester King Brewery in Austin, Texas. We wanted to share knowledge and techniques that we had acquired from Henry of Monkish Brewing Co. and with that we brewed this sour Monkish inspired IPA. This IPA pours a beautiful bright yellow with just the right amount of haze. An aroma of funky fruit tannins in the nose. Packed full of seven different hop varieties giving notes of grapefruit, touch of pineapple, light Brett characteristics, and a tannin dryness.

16. Sloth (The Sinner Series)
Pale Ale – American
We’re hardworking people here at Amager Bryghus. Only once in a while are we lazy bastards. We have to admit we were lazy when we designed this beer. One malt, one hop & our house yeast. Take a stroll, sit & relax on a park bench & be lazy with us. We promise you won’t regret it

19. Cuvée des Jacobins Prestige
Sour – Flanders Red Ale
Prestige is a blend of 24 month-old foederbier, spontaneously fermented in and blended from foeders IX, XI and XIV. It has a deeper brettanomyces character and an overall soft and fruity character. Sourness is here in plenty, just like the Cuvée Rouge, but the balance is finer and tipped more toward stone fruit.

Stout – Other
For our second collaboration beer with Thin Man Brewery & Industrial Arts Brewery we decided to go big & bold and brew a Imperial Salted Caramel Chocolate Stout. We combined the handpicked seaweed from Voya and the sea salt from Achill along with chocolate and our own hand made caramel in the brew. The Sweet and saltiness collide to make this beer fit for royalty. We hope that this beer will reflect the passion and hard work that went into making it. A new Beer name is Born!
